By using FitFastBites you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What FitFastBites is
FitFastBites suggests fast-food orders that match nutrition targets you set. Suggestions are generated by AI and based on publicly-available restaurant menu data. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
Not medical advice
The app is for general wellness and convenience. It does not replace consultation with a registered dietitian, doctor, or other qualified professional. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, verify menu items with the restaurant directly before ordering. Restaurant macros change over time, ingredient sourcing varies, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
- One account per person. Don't create accounts to evade rate limits.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or curated data.
- Don't scrape, automate, or use the app from non-app clients (App Check enforces this).
- Don't post community content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or impersonates others. We may remove posts and disable accounts that violate this.
- Don't attempt to inject prompts that elicit harmful content, expose system instructions, or jailbreak the AI.
Subscription and payments (Pro tier)
If you upgrade to Pro, billing is handled by Google Play or Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew at the term price unless cancelled. Cancel any time in your Google Play / App Store account settings. We do not issue refunds outside what Google or Apple's policies require.
AI-generated content
Hacks are generated by an AI model. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any specific item is on a restaurant's current menu. Use your judgment. If a hack contains an item that doesn't exist or has wrong macros, please let us know.
Account termination
You can stop using the app any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse. We'll try to notify you when reasonable.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFastBites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, or harms resulting from inaccurate menu information. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
